KC man faces child sex charges
A 44-year-old Kansas City man was charged Wednesday with multiple counts of sexually assaulting a girl who was younger than 12.
Jackson County prosecutors charged Glen D. Anderson with single counts of statutory rape and attempted statutory sodomy and four counts of statutory sodomy.
The crimes allegedly began in 2011 and continued until January, according to court documents. Anderson was arrested Tuesday and remained in custody Wednesday. His bond is set at $100,000.
