Fourth suspect charged in KC homicide
Jackson County prosecutors have charged a fourth suspect in the March 10 killing of a man at his home in Kansas City’s East Bottoms.
Kelon A. Stallings, 28, of Kansas City, Kan., is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 75-year-old Clite Weibel.
Stallings also was charged with armed criminal action, first-degree burglary and theft of a controlled substance.
Three other Kansas City, Kan., residents previously were charged with murder in the case.
