Exercise program
The exercise program seems simple, no doubt:
To “sit on the floor with your legs stretched full out,
Then flexing your toes to extend them in air
Like pressing some barrier wall that’s not there.”
One question arose ere I’d even begun:
“Yes, how do I get up the floor once I’m done?”
