KCK traffic crash injures two

Two people suffered potentially life-threatening injuries in a three-vehicle traffic crash Wednesday in Kansas City, Kan., police said.

The wreck occurred about 12:20 p.m. at 106th Street and Parallel Parkway.

Police said the driver of a westbound vehicle on Parallel struck two other vehicles that were turning onto eastbound Parallel from 106th. The drivers of the two vehicles that were struck were seriously hurt and taken to hospitals.

The crash remains under investigation.
