Independence police release photos in armed robbery

Independence police on Wednesday released security camera images of a man suspected in an armed robbery of the CVS store at 1315 W. 23rd St. on Feb. 14.

He is white, about 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighs 225-250 pounds. Police said he has a tattoo of a cartoon-like baby on his chest with the word “Lucas” above it.
