KCK police release ID of homicide victim
Authorities have identified a 26-year-old man found fatally shot Tuesday in the 1500 block of South 14th Street as Chad W.E.V. Coen of Kansas City, Kan., police said.
Officers were summoned just before 10 a.m. and found the victim dead in the street. The shooting remains under investigation.
