Four-year sentence in child porn case involving 12,000 images

An Olathe man was sentenced Tuesday to four years in federal prison for possessing more than 12,000 images of child pornography. James Christmas, 46, also had more than 26 computer videos of minors engaging in explicit sexual activity. He was also fined $12,500.

Christmas pleaded guilty after his estranged wife reported the pornography to Olathe police.
