Olathe man sentenced for manslaughter

An Olathe man who struck and killed a father of six as he was putting gas in his minivan on Interstate 35 in September 2012 was sentenced Tuesday to 53 months in prison.

Brock Tyler James, 27, pleaded no contest in the death of Christopher P. Randolph Sr., 41, in a construction zone just north of College Boulevard.
