Missouri fast-food worker shot with Nerf dart
A suburban St. Louis boyfriend and girlfriend are facing charges for shooting at a fast-food worker – with a Nerf gun as the weapon.
KMOV-TV reported Thursday that 22-year-old Stephanie Winkler and 26-year-old Mark Applebaum are charged with third-degree assault for an incident at the Lion’s Choice restaurant in Fenton.
St. Louis County Police say the couple drove an SUV through the drive-through lane, didn’t order anything, but pulled up the window and shot a Nerf dart at the worker. The employee was not hurt. Police have not said what prompted the action.
