Billy Ray is back, this time trading his mullet for a pair of shades and a bad goatee.
Miley's dad decided to follow his daughter's footsteps by releasing a rap version of his one-hit wonder "Achy Breaky Heart." And it's...interesting.
In true Miley fashion, the video even includes twerking. Not to mention a cameo from Larry King.
"Achy Breaky 2" gets a hip-hop makeover with raps from Buck 22, the son of singer Dionne Warwick, who Cyrus collaborated with for his next album.
