Some governments and courts opening late Wednesday

Jackson County Circuit Court will delay opening until 10 a.m. Wednesday. Cases with earlier docket times will begin at 10 a.m.

Johnson County government offices will also open late, at 10 a.m.

The Shawnee, Olathe and Lee’s Summit municipal courts will be closed Wednesday. Lee’s Summit cases scheduled for Wednesday will be postponed to March 5.

The Johnson County Public Library system will open at noon. The Kansas City Public Library system will be open 1-6 p.m. The Kansas City, Kan., Public Library system will be closed.
