KCK homicide victim identified
A woman found dead Monday inside a burning Kansas City, Kan., house was identified Tuesday as 22-year-old Latisha M. Hare.
Firefighters discovered her body when they responded to a house fire in the 1300 block of Kansas Avenue just before 2 a.m. Monday.
Police have not said how Hare was killed but are investigating the case as a homicide. Hare lived in Kansas City, Kan., but not at the house where she was found.
