KCK police identify two homicide victims
The victims of two homicides were identified Sunday by Kansas City, Kan., police.
Ti’yuan T. Donnell, 19, was the victim of a homicide that occurred about 9 p.m. Friday. Police had been called to the 2500 block of Minnesota on a report that shots had been fired by occupants of several cars. One of the cars was discovered three blocks away at 26th Street and Orville Avenue, where Donnell was found shot inside.
Several hours later, at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday, police were called to another shooting in the 1900 block of North 5th Street. Miguiel E. Powell, age 46, was found shot inside and pronounced dead at the hospital.
