Police ID Monday shooting victim

Kansas City police identified a man found dead of a gunshot wound in a vehicle Monday night as 21-year-old Darrin Duncan.

Police were called to the 2900 block of E. 22nd Street, near Montgall Park, shortly before 9 p.m. and found the victim in the driver’s seat of a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
