KC officer shoots at suspected carjacker

A Kansas City police officer fired one shot after a suspected carjacker aimed his gun at her Wednesday afternoon.

The man was not hit but told the ambulance crew a short time later that police shot at him after he pulled a gun on them. He was taken to a hospital with a hand injury.

The incident occurred about 5:30 p.m. at 2109 Linwood Blvd.
