OP fugitive caught in California

A man wanted by Overland Park police for allegedly stealing packages from the front porches of houses has been arrested in California.

Police had said Monday that they were looking for 29-year-old Phillip E. Miller IV on charges of felony theft and identity theft.

He was arrested Thursday by the U.S. Marshals Service in San Diego, according to Overland Park police. Miller was free on bond in an attempted murder case from California, police said.
