Shooting victim in south KC wreck dies

A person who had been shot late Friday at a gas station in south Kansas City died after the vehicle that was rushing him to a hospital crashed en route.

The shooting occurred about 10:30 p.m. at a gas station in the 1300 block of Bannister Road. The accident occurred at 89th Street and Holmes Road.
