Abandoned Manchester School burns a second time

Firefighters responded about 9 a.m. Friday to a fire at a former Kansas City school.

The former Manchester School at 6839 E. Truman Road long has been closed. In May 2011, firefighters responded to a blaze at the same building. Investigators later determined that fire, which caused about $250,000 worth of damage, to have been arson.
