Mistletoe Madness on the way

Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation is again holding Mistletoe Madness, a shopping event that offers visitors a chance to cross names off holiday gift lists in one stop.

The two-day event will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, and Saturday, Nov. 8, at the Gamber Center, 4 S.E. Independence Ave. Entry is free.

Vendors include Nomadic Gems, Origami Owl, Boyd’s Bees, Avon, Thirty-One Gifts, Party Lites, Sam’s Club, Charmsation, Pampered Chef, Young Living Essential Oils, Silpada Jewelry, Corky Designs, Scentsy, Miche Bags, Tupperware, Mary Kay and Norwex.

Other merchandise includes handmade cards and jewelry, doll clothes, plates, scarves, quilts and quilted items, women’s clothing, silver jewelry, purses, art glass, throws, carvings, upcycled burlap accessories, home decor and more.
