Three days after Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got married wearing Dior, the French fashion house revealed its fall 2026 haute couture offerings in Paris on Monday.

And, as dictated by tradition for couture showings, the show closed with what Elle magazine described as a “dream bridal look: a semi-sheer, off-the-shoulder number with delicate lace appliqués and a romantic train.

“If the internet is still waiting on Swift’s wedding dress, (Jonathan) Anderson gave the fashion crowd something else to obsess over.”

The 41-year-old Anderson, born in Northern Ireland, was previously the creative director at Loewe. He joined Dior as artistic director of menswear in April 2025, then also became head of womenswear and haute couture in June 2025.

Photos have not been released yet of what Swift and Kelce wore. But the statement revealing Anderson as the designer said he worked “in close collaboration with the bride and groom. This is the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity.”

The Paris show Monday featured a few looks that incorporated bridal influence that Swift’s fans began to study for clues to what she might have worn.

Some even think the last gown shown is Swift’s actual dress, as unlikely as that seems.

Anderson gave a peek at his bridal sensibilities when he debuted his first haute couture collection for Dior in January. The show ended with a one-shouldered bridal gown with a skirt covered with appliqués shaped like flower petals.

Last month two brides wore Anderson’s first bridal gowns for Dior. Chinese supermodel Ming Xi wore a Dior Haute Couture dress at her June 1 wedding in France. So did Brazilian influencer Eliza Zarzur when she married June 6 in Paris.

Xi’s gown was a stunning example of less is more. With no beading, lace or crystals, the architectural design relied on a classic boat neckline that flared dramatically in the back like wings — held in place with piano wire — and the flawless handwork of Dior couture seamstresses.

Zarzur’s gown also had a dramatic open back and took more than 600 hours to make. The duchesse satin gown was a sparkly confection of handwoven French Chanitlly lace embroidered with crystal with a bustline that looked like a flower pedal opening.

Swift is not the first A-lister to marry in Dior. Anya Taylor-Joy, Gwen Stefani, Miranda Kerr and Jennifer Lawrence, who was a guest at Swift’s wedding, also wore Dior custom dresses.

Supermodel Kerr wound up loaning her dress to Australia’s National Gallery of Victoria after her wedding for an exhibition, “The House of Dior: 70 Years of Haute Couture.”
