A happy, energetic boy whose bright personality and contagious laugh can light up any room, Balen loves sharing hugs with those he cares about most.
The 9-year-old enjoys staying active and loves playing a variety of sports, bowling, riding his bike and spending time outdoors. Along with his active interests, Balen has a creative side and enjoys expressing himself through drawing and coloring.
When he thinks about the future, Balen proudly shares that he hopes to one day serve in the military.
Balen is looking for a family that enjoys spending quality time together, going on outings and participating in activities as a family. He will benefit from caregivers with trauma-informed training who can provide patience, stability, consistency and structure. Only families living in Kansas are being considered at this time.
