Siblings Saphira and Owen are looking for a family that can give them a loving, stable and supportive home.

Saphira, 14, is a vibrant teen full of heart and energy, always eager to help those around her. Her laughter is contagious, her smile lights up any room and her playful personality makes her a joy to be with.

She loves music and often spends time singing and dancing to her favorite songs, especially ones by Justin Bieber.

Owen, 8, is a social butterfly who can brighten a space with his smiles and laughter. Music is one of his passions and he loves singing or dancing whenever he gets the chance.

He enjoys playing with dinosaurs, molding creations with Play-Doh and building imaginative designs with Legos and Magna-Tiles, from towering structures to unique creations of his own.

With caregivers who provide patience, understanding and consistency, the sister and brother will feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow to their fullest potential.
