“Holiday Reflections” is lighting up the Union Station once again with its much-anticipated walk-through experience, filling 27,000 square feet of the station’s historic Grand Plaza.
The immersive village highlights a reimagined 1920s Petticoat Lane with historic storefronts, dazzling holiday crowns reminiscent of downtown’s festive past, an all-new gingerbread village, an expanded holiday gift shop and much more.
It takes over 10 months of designing and creating, along with more than 10,000 man — or elf — hours to bring the massive display to life.

New sights and sounds are around every corner this year. Guests can expect interactive favorites like the “Mirror, Mirror,” a sparkling ice throne, vintage sleigh photo ops and the beloved mini train ride. You’ll also spot familiar names in the vintage shop windows, like Katz Drug Store, Jenkins Music Company and Harzfeld’s — all recreated to evoke holiday nostalgia.
The Grand Hall is wrapped with over two miles of ribbon and adorned with more than 4,000 new ornaments, while handcrafted trees and oversized fiberglass displays showcase the handiwork of local artisans.
