Family wanted: Karter hopes to join family that sees him as missing puzzle piece

Karter is an energetic and enthusiastic young man with a big love for sports — especially basketball and football.

The 13-year-old sees sports as a great outlet to have fun, release energy and challenge himself. Whether he’s on the court or the field, he brings a positive attitude and a love for the game. In the classroom, Karter shines brightest in science and enjoys hands-on experiments.

When it comes to an adoptive family, Karter hopes for one that likes to travel and spend quality time together. He values those shared moments and looks forward to making lasting memories with others. Looking ahead, Karter would like to become a police officer one day so he can help keep people safe and make a difference in his community by fighting crime.
