I would like to dedicate my gift in memory of my grandmother, Atta Carlson, who was the head cook at a rural school during the 1960's -1980's. She ensured all students had lunch even if they were unable to afford one. She also shared her cooking skills with me during my summers in her farm home. With love, Denise Talley.
