See what Olathe City Council will discuss in Tuesday meeting

Olathe City Council is meeting on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Flex Box Theater in the Downtown Library, located at 260 E. Santa Fe St.

You can watch an online livestream of the meeting through the city’s online meeting portal when it’s live or later when it’s archived.

The agenda can be found online ahead of the meeting.

Members of the public can make comments during the beginning of the meeting or for a specific agenda item in person, virtually or in writing.

Those who’d like to make a comment can call or email the City Clerk at (913) 971-8521 or CCO@Olatheks.gov by 5 p.m. or register in-person no later than 6:30 p.m.

Meeting agenda items for May 20:

• Industrial revenue bonds for the construction of a multi-family apartment building and mixed-use commercial complex on Mur-Len Road.

• Tax exemptions for new mental health facilities built by Kids TLC Inc.

• Revising the city’s municipal code around taxicabs.
