The moderator rattles off

The topics here that lie ahead;

Ambitious, this agenda seems —

Such multitude of subjects spread!

“We’ve got a pressing lot of ground

To cover, and our time is short;

Committees have been hard at work

So each can give a full report.

“Does anyone have questions now

Before we start?” the leader asks.

There’s one concern I’m sure all share…

I raise my hand: “Will there be snacks?”
