The Kansas City Police Department has canceled an endangered missing person advisory after a man who went missing Thanksgiving Day was found safe.

Dwight Jamison, 69, is safe after having gone missing from his care facility just before 11:30 a.m. Thursday. He had left the area of 904 East 68th Street, the advisory said.

Jamison uses a wheelchair and was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants, the advisory said. He has medical conditions which had put him at risk, the advisory said.
