KC Chiefs’ holiday pop-up bar is back for another year. Here’s when reservations open
The Kansas City Chiefs are all in on the Christmas spirit.
In addition to playing against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas on Netflix and serving as a setting for the Hallmark original movie “Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story,” the Chiefs are bringing back Kingdom’s Greetings, their popular holiday pop-up bar that began in 2023.
The Chiefs are once again working with local pop-up bar experts Apparition Productions, who put together monthly themes at their Vignettes space in North Kansas City. The team is turning the penthouse inside GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium into a snow globe of red and gold, with cocktails and snacks crafted by Arrowhead Events and local vendors.
Reservations open online at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1 and cost $25 per person. You must be ages 21 and up to attend, and each reservation is 90 minutes. Reservations are also nonrefundable.
The winter pop-up bar is open from 5 to 11 p.m. on Thursdays through Sundays from Nov. 30 to Dec. 29. The space is closed Dec. 8 and 21 since the Chiefs play at home, and it’s also closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Guests will have a scenic view of the football field and can take pictures on the Chiefs’ sleigh, with two 14-foot Christmas trees and several interactive photo stations.
Parking for the pop-up bar is free, and you can enter the stadium grounds through any gate, but the Chiefs recommend using Gate 1, 3 or 5. Parking signage will direct you to park in Lot C, which is close to the entrance for the pop-up bar.
“In addition to the Christmas Day game, we have created unique and festive opportunities for our passionate fan base to come together and celebrate the joy of the season,” Chiefs president Mark Donovan said in a statement. “We look forward to having everyone share in the festivities. Together, we’ll make this holiday season one to remember for Chiefs Kingdom.”
