This pop singer who toured with Taylor Swift coming back to Kansas City: What to know
It’ll be a sold-out show at Uptown Theater when pop singer Gracie Abrams takes the stage Tuesday, Sept. 24.
The daughter of movie director J.J. Abrams is on the road for her Secret of Us Tour, named after the 2024 album that debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard album sales charts in June. She previously released two EPs in 2020 and 2021 before putting out her debut album “Good Riddance” in 2023.
Abrams is no stranger to Kansas City, since she was one of the opening acts who joined Taylor Swift during her two Eras Tour shows at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in July 2023. She also played a 150-person show at Kansas City’s Josey Records before her Arrowhead debut.
Before you head to the show to hear her play songs like “21,” the 2020 single that helped propel Abrams to fame, or “Where do we go now?” from her debut album, here’s what you need to know.
