A 68-year-old woman was found safe Wednesday, three days after she went missing in south Kansas City, police said.

Debbie Moore-Jones was reported missing after she left her residence on foot around 2:30 p.m. Sunday. In a news release, Kansas City police said Moore-Jones has a medical condition that could have affected her safety.

She was found safe Wednesday, KCPD said in an email.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol issued an endangered silver advisory report Wednesday morning. The advisory was canceled three hours later, after Moore-Jones was safely located.
