Police seek help in locating missing 20-year-old who may need medical help

Update: Fue’s family notified police that he was found safe April 15.

Kansas City police are seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 20-year-old man.

Monte Fue was last seen at 1000 E. 24th St. around 3:13 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a long-sleeved orange shirt, gray pants and orange shoes.

Fue has anxiety, PTSD and panic disorder. He was recently hospitalized for suicidal ideations and left the University Health Behavioral against medical advice, the release said.

Anyone who sees Fue is asked to call 911 or notify the KCPD Missing Persons Section at 816-234-5043.
