Brittany Mahomes dines with Taylor Swift in New York while Chiefs are in Germany
Newly crowned “football besties” Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes enjoyed a night out in New York City Saturday while the Chiefs prepared to face the Miami Dolphins in Germany.
Paparazzi photographed the NFL’s new dynamic duo entering Bond St. Sushi in New York City.
They left with Swift holding hands with Mahomes on one side and Selena Gomez on the other. Gomez was seen entering the restaurant separately.
Models Gigi Hadid and Cara Delevingne also left the restaurant with Swift’s party.
Mahomes, co-owner of the KC Current soccer team, is married to Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Swift, as nearly the entire world knows, is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
The two women have shared the spotlight in recent weeks, watching Chiefs games side by side where they have shared headline-making hugs and elaborate handshakes. Extra TV has crowned them “football besties!”
Now Mahomes is becoming something of a regular in Swift’s famous girl squad. Their outing Saturday was at least the third time they have been known to socialize.
Mahomes and two of her longtime friends — realtor Paige Buechele, wife of former Chiefs backup quarterback Shane Buechele, and Lyndsay Bell, wife of Chiefs tight end Blake Bell — are in New York for a “girls weekend,” according to their social media posts.
Buechele posted photos Saturday from The Plaza where they enjoyed one of the historic hotel’s iconic afternoon teas.
Hours later, they negotiated the glare of paparazzi cameras as they arrived at the sushi restaurant with Swift and actress Sophie Turner.
