An investigation into the death of a woman whose body was discovered outside last weekend in Kansas City, Kansas, found that she died due to a medical condition.

Doanna Stith, 70, of Odessa was pronounced dead when her body was found around 8:55 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Minnesota Avenue, according to Officer Jovanna Cheatum, a spokeswoman with the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department.
