42-year-old woman reported missing from Kansas City found safe, police say
Update: Police said Friday night that Sarah Rabinowitz was found safe.
Kansas City police are asking the public for help to find a 42-year-old woman reported missing since Wednesday evening.
Sarah Rabinowitz was last seen around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said in a statement Thursday afternoon. Police said there are concerns about her well-being.
Rabinowitz is described as a white woman, roughly 5-foot-1 and 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a yellow shirt, gray pants and boots when she was last seen, police said.
Kansas City police were asking anyone who locates Rabinowitz to immediately call 911 or the Missing Persons Unit at 816-234-5043.
