Crown Center and nearby Washington Square Park will be teaming with thousands of fans of music and beer this weekend at Boulevardia. Gates open for the two-day festival on Friday at 4 p.m.
On Thursday, crews worked to set up tents, stages and food trucks for the festivities. A Ferris wheel towers over the festival tents and stages at the intersection of Grand Boulevard and East Pershing Road.
Crews worked for more than an hour Thursday morning to erect the ride. Watch the timelapse video to see the Ferris wheel rise to completion in a matter of seconds.
