16-year-old Kansas City boy missing for over a week has been found safe: police

Update: Police said that 16-year-old Joshua Henry, who had been missing since April 26, has been found safe. He has been reunited with his family.

Kansas City police are asking the public for help in locating a missing 16 year old last seen Wednesday morning.

Joshua S. Henry was last seen around 10:30 a.m. near Oakley Avenue and 27th Terrace in Kansas City. He was wearing a denim jacket, black jeans and red and black sneakers.

The boy is 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He also is autistic.

Anyone who finds Joshua or knows of his whereabouts should call 911 or the Kansas City Police Department’s juvenile section at 816-234-5150.
