Sedalia, MO police ask for public’s help locating woman with dementia and diabetes
A silver advisory alert has been issued for a missing woman who suffers from both dementia and diabetes, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Melody Porter O’Connell, 69, was last seen Wednesday at 1 p.m. near 905 East 6th Street in Sedalia, said the local police department.
The 69-year-old was seen wearing a green winter coat before she disappeared into an unknown car. She is without her medication, according to the report.
She stands five feet tall and weighs about 215 pounds. Her eyes are blue. Her hair is blonde.
Police were asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to call 911 or call the Sedalia Police Department at 660-826-8100.
