Construction to close two westbound I-70 lanes at Manchester Trafficway

Drivers along westbound Interstate 70 might find the going slow near Manchester Trafficway the first part of the weekend.

The two right lanes of I-70 will close at 8 p.m. Friday at Manchester Trafficway and U.S. 40. The highway is expected to reopen by 4 p.m. Saturday.

Crews will be setting girders and performing bridge work as part of the project to replace the I-70 bridges over Manchester Trafficway, the Blue River and adjacent rail yard.
