Sweet rides: Check out these lowrider and specialty car shows around Kansas City in 2022
Kansas City has a car culture. If you’re lucky, you’ll sometimes see people driving a lowrider or another car that they’ve spent years perfecting on Southwest Boulevard or Main Street heading into downtown.
Now, the culture has spread to teens. The Olathe school district’s Lowrider Club helps high school students design their own lowrider bikes, using the same techniques seen on lowrider cars around Kansas City.
Kansas City has plenty of car shows coming this year where you and your family can enjoy the intricate designs and immerse yourself in these remarkable cars.
