The victim has been identified as Angela Mathis, 47, of Northmoor, Missouri, according to Capt. Leslie Foreman, a spokeswoman for the Kansas City Police Department.

The crash occurred Thursday around 2:52 a.m. at Northwest 50th Terrace and North Frontier Street, Foreman said.
