Two appointed to Jackson County Family Court

Two new family court commissioners were appointed Friday by the judges of the Jackson County Circuit Court.

William R. Jackson III will replace Commissioner Geoffrey Allen, who is retiring Aug. 31. Nancy Alemifar will replace Commissioner Molly M. Merrigan, who is retiring July 31. Both appointees have spent most of their careers working in family law.
