10-year-old boy reported missing in Kansas City is found safe
Kansas City police on Sunday afternoon said a 10-year-old boy previously reported missing had been found safe.
The child had been reported as a runaway and was last seen about 10:38 a.m. walking near 50th Street and Cleveland Avenue, according to the Kansas City Police Department.
About 4:30 p.m., police said the child was found safe.
Police had asked anyone who saw the child to call 911 or the police department’s missing persons unit at 816-234-5136.
