Munday on Monday: Vacation recap

Returning from vacation to the workplace comes a slew

Of questions from my colleagues: “So while gone, what did you do?”

I’d like to list adventures that had filled my week, to wit:

“I bungee-jumped off Everest, and saw the baby Brit;

A cruise off chill Antarctica, to see the penguins waddle;

And walked along the beaches of Majorca with a model.”

But sad to say, this wan response explains the week that’s gone:

“I really don’t remember, but I think I mowed the lawn!”
