One killed, one critically injured in Kansas City, Kansas, car crash Sunday night
One man was killed and another was critically injured Sunday night in a car crash in Kansas City, Kansas, police said.
Officers responded about 9:20 p.m. to the crash in the 4400 block of Victory Drive, where they found a black pickup truck with two men inside, according to the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Police later identified him as Joseph Smith, 33, of Kansas City, Kansas.
The passenger was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
