An Overland Park man is killed in two-car crash

Overland Park Police were investigating a fatal accident Wednesday night in the 11200 block of Nieman Road.

Police said two vehicles were involved in the crash that killed Agri M. Aytar, a 45-year-old man from Overland Park. No other injuries were reported. .

Details about what caused the accident, which happened just before 7 p.m., were not available. The department’s Traffic Safety Unit was on the scene of the wreck and police closed down Nieman Road between College Boulevard and 113th Street during the investigation.
