The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce named its three co-champions in leading a regional quest to help get all children ready for kindergarten.

Former Kansas City mayor Kay Barnes, former Kansas City, Kan., mayor Carol Marinovich and Tracy Foster, vice president of the Hall Family Foundation, will try to corral and inspire civic resources in support of the many efforts underway to boost early childhood education.
