RideKC Streetcar service shuts down temporarily after crash at Truman and Main
Kansas City streetcar service downtown shut down temporarily Sunday evening after a streetcar had a collision with a vehicle.
Police were reporting only minor injuries after the crash at Main Street and Truman Road shortly before 6 p.m.
The northbound streetcar had a hole ripped in the right side of its front bumper. The streetcar was able to drive on its own and cleared the scene by 6:15 p.m.
Streetcar service was shutdown for about half an hour.
