Person in wheelchair dies in several feet of water in Brush Creek: Kansas City police
A person who was in a wheelchair was found dead in Brush Creek Wednesday after being seen in several feet of water, according to Kansas City police.
Officers were called to the area of Emanuel Cleaver II and Brush Creek boulevards just before 3 p.m. The person was pronounced dead at the scene.
In a statement, police later said the victim was a male. His identity had not yet been released as of Wednesday night.
Police added that there were no signs of foul play.
