No injuries reported in Olathe house fire


Capt. Mike Hall of the Olathe Fire Department, stated that a passerby noticed smoke coming from a home in the 1300 block of Sheridan Bridge Lane Thursday afternoon. Hall said when firefighters arrived, smoke filled the house and smoke alarms were going off. Nobody was home when the fire started. Fire damage was contained to the kitchen area.

Firefighters with the Olathe Fire Department responded to smoke coming from a home in the 1300 block of Sheridan Bridge Lane Thursday afternoon.
